This website
- You do not need an account to use this website, and it has no login.
- The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Like any website, the service that hosts our pages receives basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the pages to you.
When you order or message us
Orders and enquiries happen on WhatsApp or by email, not on this website. When you contact us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, phone number, delivery address and the details of your order. We use this to prepare and deliver your order and to reply to you.
WhatsApp is run by Meta, and messages sent there are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
The Join our community form
The form in the footer does not store your email on this website. It opens WhatsApp with a message containing the email address you typed, which reaches us only if you send it.
Asking about your information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to care@earthenic.com or message us on WhatsApp.
