Because provenance means very little if the food itself isn't exceptional.

Origin / Davangere & Chitradurga, Karnataka

It begins with a place.

Sourced from the drylands of Davangere and Chitradurga, Karnataka — a region where millet farming has long been part of the agricultural tradition. The warm, semi-arid landscape and rainfed conditions are naturally suited to hardy grains, giving our millets their distinctive character.

FRESH MILLING

Milled when it matters.

The grain remains whole longer.

Milling takes place closer to when the flour is required, reducing the period the product spends sitting in milled form.
